Since 2014, I have provided individual/group therapy, advocacy for gender-based violence, crisis intervention, comprehensive ADHD/LD assessments, outreach programming, and individual/group supervision of advanced psychology and social work trainees. I earned my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University Seattle, a program that values and trains psychologists in social justice and multiculturalism. I feel fortunate to have been a part of this psychological community and to have had anti-oppression and multicultural training embedded in my curriculum. I am particularly skilled in working with people who are seeking confidential services regarding highly emotionally-charged situations including those associated with sexual assault, harassment, discrimination, and other forms of interpersonal abuse and power-based violence.

I am trained as a generalist and draw from evidence and practice-based approaches to best fit your needs while integrating interpersonal, client-centered and feminist theory, as well as CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions.  My specialization and advanced training in art therapy has prepared me to draw upon these techniques in an intentional manner, bringing in new forms of expression and exploration in order to facilitate your therapeutic growth and healing.
